Cancellation policies

In this section you will find answers to what would happen in case you need to cancel your booking.

Before arrival

Full refund

30 days prior to arrival date


Reimbursement of 50% for all nights

7 to 30 days prior to arrival date

Bookings made in error

Within 48 hours after booking, provided that there are at least 14 days remaining.

Your cancellation policy may be overridden in certain circumstances.

In the vast majority of cases, after arrival, we do not have the possibility of a refund. In special cases, depending on the length of your stay and the time you cancel, you may be able to get a partial refund if you cancel after arrival.
