For owners

To get the most out of your holiday home, it is necessary to have an excellent all-round management of it. If you do not find time or find it complex to manage your flat on the different online platforms or to attend to your guests, this option is for you.

At Sereno we will create/manage the profile of your property on the main tourist rental platforms, making the most of it. We will carry out the reception and attention of guests in several languages. We will manage your calendar, making a continuous price variation based on seasonality, occupancy and events in order to obtain the highest possible profit. Finally, we will take care of all the cleaning, preparation and replacement of the property.

At Sereno we want you to have peace of mind. We are rigorous when it comes to selecting our guests and only admit those who meet quality standards such as good ratings, verified profile, etc.

For greater peace of mind, we always recommend that our clients have a holiday home insurance policy. In any case, the booking platforms themselves have insurance for damage and theft caused by guests.

After the check-out we check that the property is in good condition and prepare it for the next guest.

The percentage that Sereno obtains for the integral management of your flats is 20% once the commissions of the platforms and the cleaning costs have been taken out. Our service has no entry fee, no small print and no permanence.

We have a state-of-the-art access solution, adapted to any type of home, which allows us to receive guests remotely, securely and easily 24 hours a day.

We are never late for our appointment. Guests give higher marks to establishments with automated access as they provide a more convenient experience, with no worries about arrival times.

Sereno offers a professional service including cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, preparation and presentation of beds, sweeping and mopping of the whole house and removal of rubbish.

We have a linen and towel rental service, which we will wash and replace. Cleaning products will be provided by our services, although it is not compulsory, please have cleaning utensils as much as possible.

The cleaning costs are always at the guest's expense and Sereno bills the owners for the service.

The accommodation must be well located and meet the requirements for short-term rentals: be in good condition, comply with current regulations and be fully furnished and equipped. Entrust your property to us and you can enjoy a simple system, a secure and regular income and, above all, the peace of mind of knowing that your accommodation is in good hands.

For guests

tusereno.es is our direct booking platform. By not having intermediaries such as Airbnb or Booking we have the possibility to establish more competitive prices as well as greater flexibility when modifying/extending or cancelling reservations.

Our team will be providing you with all the necessary information about the property from the first day of booking.

Access to the houses, in most cases, is by code. On the day of check-in you will receive a personal and non-transferable 6-digit code that will allow you to open the door of the house during the reserved period as well as all the relevant instructions.

Our cancellation policies are very similar to those of platforms such as Airbnb or Booking. You can check them in detail on our cancellation policies.

At Sereno we are pet friendly, however, not all of our accommodations allow pets. To be on the safe side, please do not hesitate to contact us before booking.

Our booking system is charged at the same time as the booking is confirmed. However, if the cancellation complies with the requirements of the cancellation policiesWe will refund you the full amount. The refund usually takes at least 5 working days.

If during the period of your stay you require extra cleaning you can let us know through the active communication channels and we will schedule this service. The cleaning service has an additional cost that we will inform you before confirming your request.
