Our apartment has been fully renovated with high quality materials, electric appliances and furniture. It has been carefully decorated in a nordic and minimalist style that will help you switch off, relax and enjoy your holidays.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a double bunk. Both are very comfortable. It has an open living and kitchen area with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons and access to the nice terrace. Here you can have breakfast or a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sea views and a quiet environment.
It is located in the best private residential estate of Gran Alacant with a swimming pool for children and adults and large green areas. It is only 150m from the main street Avenida del Mediterráneo where you can find nice cafés and restaurants, a supermarket and 24 hour store, banks, etc.

The residential estate has a nice swimming pool for children and adults and large green areas. There are plenty of parking possibilities in front of the bungalow (outside the residential estate). There is free wi-fi available, but don't forget you are here on holidays!

Logement au top ! Propre , très bien équipé , lits confortables , situé dans une résidence au calme et super bien entretenue . L’appartement est conforme aux photos ! Très belle vue depuis l appartement 🙂

We had a great time in the appartment. We really didn’t want to leave and I wish I had booked it for a longer period. The kids loved the place and especially the pool. The appartment was clean and just enough for my two boys in the ages of 4 and 6 years and me. The communication was excellent! Dámaris contacted me a day before arrival and on the check-in day I was way too early but she was there and explained everything. I was so happy to see the appartment was clean! I also wanted to visit a beach which wasn’t full of people and Damaris came with a lovely suggestion. The location was great too. Restaurants on walking distance. A chinese shop with literally EVERYTHING!! Lidl was a 5 minutes drive. Gran Alacante is a safe city. Not too crowded. The people I saw were easygoing. We will come back for sure!!
