«Great comfortable apartment, very clean. Perfect for what I needed as a solo traveller for a few days. Very clear check in instructions after midnight. Location was good for being outside Alicante and had a lovely walk into Santa Pola. Thank you, would recommend and stay again.»

«Pleasantly decorated and good parking. Close to a few restaurants, would need a car for supermarket. We had an issue with ants every morning despite no food being left out. The oven was quite slow. Could do with some reading lights in the bedroom to make it more cosy.»

«Todo bien, Sereno contesta bastante rápido, la zona está cerca de todo (aunque recomiendo llevar coche ya que subir de la playa andando se hace bastante pesado porque es todo cuesta arriba) había un hormiguero en la habitación pero bueno echamos un spray y no volvieron a aparecer. «Primero explicar , que no es Sereno sino Jesús el que se supone se encarga de todo . La entrada al piso fue horrible . Te dicen que antes de las 20h00 te entregan las llaves 🔑 llegamos a las 4h30 , te las apañas para entender las instrucciones ,que estan fatal, para poder conseguir la llave en otra urbanización. Bueno la verdad que hora y media para conseguir la llave y encontrar el piso .Llame a ambos , Jesús y Sereno pero tardaron en contestar. Por lo demas bastante bien La vivienda está bien , aunque tuvimos el lavabo atascado al llegar pero lo solucionaron rápido.Sin embargo usar la vitro es otro quebradero de cabeza . Tambien avisar que para llegar a la vivienda hay muchísimos escalones, por lo tanto deberían señalarlo porque no es para cualquier persona . Nosotras no tuvimos problema pero no te informan de nada . La pasamos bien porque nos movimos mucho , pero la llegada tan caótica, nos quito las ganas de recomendar la vivienda . Pero si arreglan eso lo demas bien.»

«Great little place. Location was close to the beach, local shops & bars. Would recommend having a car to have some freedom to explore and access to more options like activities/locations…Alicante & Laguna & Rosa being great examples. As it was quiet this time of year, it felt like we had lots of privacy within the space and balcony. The Balcony doesn’t catch much sun throughout the day after 10am. (N/E facing) Would recommend anyone to stay here.»

«A magical place to relax! The sea view from the terrace takes your breath away, and the nearby park filled with singing birds creates a truly peaceful atmosphere. There are many great restaurants nearby with delicious cuisine, not only Spanish. The apartment is very comfortable – a cozy bed and everything you need to feel at home. We spent a wonderful 5 days there and will definitely come back.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at Sereno’s. It was a great little flat for our stay and is in a good location for exploring the areas. We had great days out to Santa Pola and Alicante as well as a couple of beach days on a wonderful beach under 10 mins away. Sereno was a great host, our 2 children were a bit cold on the first night so he went and bought 2 new blankets for them use. We would be more than happy to stay again!»

«The apartment was as described, we had a great stay here. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, the beach is a 10-15min-walk away, but mind, it goes uphill. A supermarket, a great restaurant and the bus station were near the apartment. We stayed without a car and got to Alicante easily by Bus. The airport was reached by Uber. Can definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.»

«It is a nice place but i would say the pictures look a little bit more luxurious than what you get. It is more of townhouse than a hotel looking building and the pool isn’t that special. Gran Alacant is nice with nice people. Sereno is a good host but there are some information which should be more accessible than having to go inte a document on google docs to get which doesn’t always let you have permission to open docs. Overall good stay but sometimes trouble in the communication.»

Podías acudir a recoger las llaves para acceder al apartamento a cualquier hora. El único inconveniente es que tenías que desplazarte a otra zona a pocos minutos de distancia.»

«Sereno's place was perfect for our stay in Alicante. We were looking for a quiet place to completely chill out and that's what we did! The apartment was spotless and really well-equipped - the TV where we could log into our Disney+ was a bonus! The balcony has a gorgeous view of the sea and was perfect for sitting out on, really private. The pool area was lovely too and pretty quiet, although that may be down to the time of year. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance and a decent supermarket too. Would definitely recommend renting a car if you plan to venture outside of Gran Alicant as the bus services are not frequent and it's very hard to get an Uber (there are local taxis, which may be easier to book). However this didn't affect us as we were happy to just relax where we were. If you had a car, it would be a great base location! Sereno and his colleagues were great at communication and thank you to Jana for allowing us early check-in. Overall, a wonderful stay! :)»

«Le logement est confortable, propre, situé dans un endroit calme avec une très belle vue. La piscine juste à côté, et il y a de nombreux restaurants, pharmacies et supermarchés accessibles à pied, ce qui est très pratique. En revanche, quelques points pourraient être améliorés : il n’y avait aucun produit ménager à disposition, ce qui peut être embêtant en cas de besoin. La plage est assez éloignée si l’on veut y aller à pied. L’adresse n’était pas très claire – le nom de la rue indiqué dans la réservation ne correspondait pas à celui sur place, ce qui a compliqué notre arrivée. Enfin,la communication avec l’hôte a été très décevante : je n’ai eu que des messages automatiques annonçant une prise de contact rapide, mais je n’ai reçu une réponse que bien plus tard, ce qui ne m’a pas aidée au moment où j’en avais besoin. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était agréable, mais l’expérience aurait été bien meilleure avec une communication plus réactive et quelques petites attentions supplémentaires»

«Un accueil déplorable. Nous avons dû trouver le Airbnb par nos propres moyens, sans code ni bonne adresse… en nous aidant des photos disponibles et en testant toutes les combinaisons possibles du locker. Une dame nous a soi-disant attendus pendant 30 minutes… Nous n’avons jamais vu personne, et personne n’est venu nous voir durant tout notre séjour pour vérifier si nous étions bien rentrés et installés. Super accueil… L’appartement est à fuir : moisissure au plafond, des draps en apparence propres mais ceux du dessous contiennent des taches suspectes… Des poils et des cheveux ont été retrouvés dans les recoins de la chambre, les dessous de lit étaient sales, même si tout semblait propre en apparence. Beaucoup d’insectes : fourmis, araignées… La piscine paraît belle et en plein soleil, mais nous y avons trouvé un oiseau mort qui y flottait pendant plusieurs jours. Nous n’avons rien cherché, et pourtant tout s’est dévoilé à nous au fil du séjour. Fuyez !!!»

«The apartment is very clean and cosy. The garden area is magical. There are beautiful beaches nearby, but it’s more convenient if you have a car (parking is big and free). There are also bus stops if you don’t have it. About 2 km away there are groceries for example Lidl. There are some restaurants near apartment if you want to eat outdoors. Sereno and Jesus were very helpful and did their best, the contact with them was very good. I hope we will visit this place again. 100% recommend! ?»

«Während unseres Aufenthalts in Serenos Apartment gab es sowohl positive als auch verbesserungswürdige Aspekte. Zu den Highlights gehörten die hervorragende Kommunikation und die schnelle Problemlösung durch Sereno, der spektakuläre Ausblick sowie das moderne Design der Wohnung. Auf der anderen Seite trafen wir auf einige Probleme: Ein defekter Toilettendeckel, unangenehm riechende Handtücher und Bettbezüge, unzureichende Pflegeprodukte für unseren 8-tägigen Aufenthalt und ein verstopfter Duschabfluss. Auch der Zustand der Wohnung insgesamt benötigt mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Wir sind überzeugt, dass die Wohnung mit etwas mehr Pflege wirklich herausragend sein könnte.»

«Alles bestens. Nur die Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein ( z.B. Schneebesen, gr. Schüssel für Salat). Wir haben nach der Möglichkeit eines früheren Check vor 15.00 Uhr gefragt, da unser Flug bereits um 8.15 Uhr in Alicante gelandet ist. Dieses wurde leider abgelehnt, da die Wohnung bis zum Morgen vermietet sei. Wir haben dann mal um 13.30 Uhr in dem beschriebenen Schließfach nachgeschaut und der Schlüssel war bereits vorhanden. Hier hätten wir uns über eine entsprechende Nachricht sehr gefreut, dass die Wohnung doch früher zur Verfügung gestanden hätte.»

Nadeel is dat het terras geheel in de schaduw blijft in het winterseizoen. Dit wordt enigzins goedgemaakt, doordat je de aanwezige klapstoelen in gemeenschappelijke tuin in de zon kunt plaatsen.»

«Ik heb een heerlijke week gehad! Gran alicant voelt als een dorpje, er zijn op 2 minuten loopafstand leuke eet tentjes. In de winter periode zijn niet alle andere barretjes in de omgeving geopend. Ik vond het een meerwaarde om een auto te huren, zodat je andere steden kunt bezoeken. Dit was ook erg goedkoop, 94 euro voor 4 dagen. Het appartement was heerlijk, mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk balkon. Jammer dat de zon net aan de andere kant was in januari. Je kunt wel lekker zitten bij het zwembad in de zon. Er is een duidelijke omschrijving met fotos over hoe je binnen komt. Het was alleen moeilijk om het huisnummer te vinden, het zou helpen als er bij stond dat je er bij hek 8 in moet gaan. Nu stond er hek 6 en ik heb me rot gezocht en dit aan mensen moeten vragen. Het helpt ook als je erbij zet dat het in een van de smalle straatjes is te vinden. Toen ik meer handdoeken nodig had, werd dit meteen geregeld. Helemaal tevreden, bedankt!!»

«Lägenheten passar bra till sommaren. Boendet är mer För två vuxna, det går med tre men för en bra semester så bör man inte vara mer än två. Hyresvärden var nåbar och svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Allt man behöver fanns i boendet. Vi saknade inget. Det var lugnt och fint och säkert. På sommaren är det nog fantastiskt!»

«We had a great 5-week stay in this Gran Alacant airbnb. It’s a nice & modern apartment that had most of what we needed. The bedrooms, kitchen, & bathroom were all great. The patio was big & the view was spectacular. The housing area was nice & quiet. The pool area was super nice. Communication with the host was easy & effortless. The only hiccup we faced during our stay was unlocking the gate to & from the parking lot. This isn’t a specific problem to this airbnb and host, but to the gated community. It was annoying having to spend minutes trying to unlock the gate each time coming and going. Overall, the area was great! With a car, you have everything you need nearby. If you don’t have a car, there is a bus and a trolley. You can walk to the beach, but be aware of the hill back up. The beach is beautiful! The Alicante airport is nearby & Alicante is about a 20 minutes drive away. We definitely recommend staying here & we would love to come back in the future!»

«Had a lovely week at Serenos apartment. We had a bit of a struggle checking in, as was told the wrong apartment number, so we waited outside a run down place, with rubbish outside thinking it was where we was staying. The apartment had everything we needed. Dream corner restaurant is a must. And the local family train was great for getting around Gran Alicante. Taxis will rip you off; so use public buses. The apartment was nice for what we wanted, next time we will stay closer to Alicante as it’s beautiful. Thank you.»

«Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cet appartement. Malheureusement, notre expérience ne correspondait pas à celle que nous attendions en consultant les photos de la liste. L'appartement avait quelques problèmes d'entretien, notamment des canapés dans un état médiocre, ce que nous avons immédiatement signalé à l'hôte. Malgré leurs efforts pour fournir des draps pour les couvrir, cela aurait pu être évité si la condition des canapés avait été transparente dès le départ. Il est essentiel que les photos de l'annonce reflètent fidèlement l'état réel de la propriété pour éviter toute confusion. Dans ce cas, les images semblaient avoir été modifiées, ce qui ne correspondait pas à la réalité.»

Place was cleaned and had all the basics. Beach at a walkable distance and plenty of earring places around. «Nous ne connaissions pas la région, nous avons beaucoup visité, Alicante, Benidorm, Elche, Guadalest, Callosa... Le logement est bien équipé, le stationnement est pratique et gratuit, résidence équipée d'une belle piscine et d'un joli parc bien entretenu. «Íbúðin var notalega hrein , tól og tæki sem þarf að nota voru til staðar. Rúmin ágæt og bað aðstæðan frábær. Þetta er friðsæll staður ,en stutt að skreppa niður í bæ í líf og betra matarval með strædó eða á einkabíl. Við vorum í 5 vikur og nutum þess allan tíman, gengum á ströndina og tókum strædó heim.Veröndin var passlega stór og gott að sitja úti við og sjá út á sjó. 'Heildar upplifun okkar á staðnum var yndisleg ,og gestgjafinn var til staðar en var ekkert að ónáða okkur að óþörfum fínn náungi. Kærar þakkir fyrir okkur. Anna og Anna.»

«The apartment is in a great location with restaurants and shops two minutes' walk away. The beach is about 15 minutes down a steep hill, but you can get the bus back up the hill. The bus stop down to the beach and to Alicante is about 2 minutes' walk away. Check in and check out was easy and communication was good. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything you would want and need to cook a meal or simply relaxing. We particularly liked sitting on the sofa on the terrace some evenings. The apartment has sea views and a view of the gorgeous gardens. The urbanisation was very quiet and we enjoyed the pool which we had most of the time to ourselves. We will definitely return.»

Sólo hay aire acondicionado en el comedor y no puedes dejar la puerta de la habitación abierta porque como no hay persiana en el comedor a las 6am te despiertas (tienes que elegir entre el calor o la luz (mucha porque no hay persiana)). El baño olía regular (cañerías) Para llegar a la casa hay que subir una escalinata inclinada y con un niño pequeño de 2 años no ha sido nada nada práctico. La persona que nos atendió sí fue muy amabale y hay toallas (aunque raspan, son viajas). Te escriben por si tienes dudas o necesitas algo (eso muy bien)»

Пляж Карабасси действительно один из лучших на побережье Коста Бланки. Но идти к нему минут 17. А возвращаться в гору крутую. Это утомительно по жаре. Но если вы с машиной либо возвращаетесь на автобусе - никаких проблем. В апартаментах есть терраса с потрясающим видом, внутри все чисто и комфортно. Матрасы и подушки лучшие, спалось отлично ! Соседи иногда мешали ремонтными работами по утрам, это единственный минус нашего отдыха. В этом месте можно вылечить душу ??»

«Jesus was really great and helpful during our stay. A little overpriced especially because the pool was halfway full and dirty. We specifically booked an apartment with a pool available, so we were disappointed by that. Generally speaking the place was clean, but there were some old receipts stuffed in the couch. Every once in awhile we had to reset the electrical switchgear which was inconvient. The view was amazing»

«A lovely apartment in a quiet complex near some nice bars & restaurants. Well equipped for self-catering if you wanted to cook. Spacious for 2, 4 is manageable in the apartment. Be warned if you want to go to the beach the hills are a bit steep if you’re not used to them! Good for walking off the tapas and sangria! A smooth check in/out process & lovely welcome from Rubén, would highly recommend to stay!»

«Rubén was goed bereikbaar tijdens ons verblijf en antwoordde steeds snel. Aangezien Rubén zelf niet aanwezig was, werkte hij met een extern bedrijf voor beheer van het appartement. Ook zij waren vlot bereikbaar en hielpen ons met vervoer van de luchthaven naar het appartement. Appartement met goede ligging. Leuke uitvalsbasis om met de bus Alicante en Santa Pola (met eiland Tabarca) te verkennen. Je kan in de buurt mooie wandelingen maken naar o.a. een uitkijkpunt met vuurtoren en een natuurgebied. Het strand is vlak bij (wel een steile wandeling naar beneden en terug, maar je kan de bus nemen). Ook heel fijn dat het complex een zwembad heeft. Er zijn leuke restaurants vlak bij het appartement. Een auto kan handig zijn als je graag wat verdere uitstappen maakt en niet steeds het openbaar vervoer wil nemen. Er zijn nog enkele verbeteringen mogelijk aan de uitrusting van het appartement om het comfort te verhogen. We gaven hiervoor enkele tips aan Rubén.»

«We really enjoyed our stay in Gran Alacant. The flat is perfect and we especially enjoyed time on the balcony with the calming view. Having air conditioning made our stay more comfortable. The beach is about a 20min walk, and steep on the way back. Many restaurant choices just outside of the complex which is very convenient, along with a general store. «1st a very efficient welcome from Ruban, who lives close by. Very honest too, as soon as he realised I had my elderly Mother In Law accompanying, he was immediately pointing out the steps to the apartment, and stressing no lift. The steps were O.K., and my Mum In Law coped with them everyday. Been February the area was quite, but even at this time of year the swimming pool was available should you feel the urge (Most Pools in Spain, in our experience, and not available other than for peak months) . Ruban briefed us well on the local shops and restaurants that are in walking distance. A shopping centre with a large supermarket was not more than a few mins drive away. Very convenient for the airport too. Sea views from the balcony, from this elevated position. However no direct access to the beach, as your on top of a cliff !!! Also had an electric oven, which we found unusual for a Spanish kitchen. Some pleasant local resorts, and Alicante itself is convenient, and even Torrevieja is not too far away....if your missing hearing British accents. «Ruben and Clara were excellent hosts, greeting us on arrival even though our flight was late at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean, our bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom modern and well equipped. We used the pool area to catch some sun during our visit in February; later in the year the lovely terrace would make the ideal place to relax in the sun with some food and wine. The apartment is just two minutes walk from lovely restaurants and the bus stop into Alicante. The bus takes about 40 minutes and costs just 1.5 Euros each way. There is also a land train service around Gran Alicant. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet break away. We didn’t hire a car but if you did, this would make a great base to explore the area.»

«Apartment has been very cleverly renovated making the most of every space. It is ultra modern and very comfortable and Suena Azul complex is very pretty. Lots of good restaurants and Carabasi beach within 10 minute walk. We had a wonderful time. Ruben and Clara are really friendly and top hosts!»

«The apartment was in best condition, very clean and modern with a beatifull view over the osean. The beds were comfy and it contained all that we needed. Peaceful location in a nice area with a terrasse and pool in a cosy garden. Safe parking in the street and a few restaurants in walking distanse. The landlord was very nise and helpfull.»
