Great Top Apartment: Sea views, terrace and pool

«Leider war die Unterkunft nicht leicht zu finden. Die angegebene Adresse, war nicht die für die Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war auch nicht ganz so sauber. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung. Sereno und Jesus waren schnell zu erreichen und er Kontakt war sehr freundlich.»

«Die Wohnung war genau wir in der Anzeige beschrieben, alles Nötige vorhanden und sauber. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Bei kleineren Problemen haben die Gastgeber uns umgehen geholfen. Mit dem Auto sind zahlreiche Strände und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Eine klare Empfehlung!»

«Thank you Sereno for such a wonderful stay. We loved your apartment and the pool and gardens within the complex were gorgeous. Short journey to and from the airport, supermarket walkable as well as nice restaurants and ice cream shop. The perfect place for a short trip away!»

«Net verblijf in een urbanisatie /woonwijk die op zichzelf weinig sfeer heeft. Lekker dichtbij het strand en als je een auto hebt (die je heel goed kunt parkeren) kan je genoeg dingen in de omgeving ontdekken. Prettig en snel contact met de contactpersoon. Goed bed, woonkamer met Tv met Netflix, nette keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine; helemaal top! Klein verbeterpunt is de bank en de stoelen die best oncomfortabel zijn, maarja zo vaak waren we niet in het appartement. Al met al dik in orde!»

«El departamento era muy lindo. Muy limpio, buena heladera, lavavajillas y cómodo. La pileta del complejo muy grande, espaciosa. Santa Pola nos pareció la zona más linda por lo que la ubicación es inmejorable si contás con auto. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron muy atentos y respondieron de manera inmediata para ayudarnos cuando teníamos alguna duda como con la cerradura. En definitiva, vale la pena el lugar.»

«Bel appartement, calme. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Arrêt de bus à côté, avec des bus environ chaque heure. La piscine au top. Par contre pour revenir de la plage ça grimpe pas mal.»

«Nous avons passé un moment très agréable avec mes enfants, le logement est spacieux et la literie est très confortable. Il est très bien situé. Si nous revenons dans le coin un jour, nous reviendrons volontiers. Sereno est très réactif si besoin de quelque chose, merci beaucoup.»

«Fijn verblijf met verzorgde, mooi tuin en zwembad. Communicatie verliep heel vlot, vriendelijk en dadelijk reactie. Helaas geen persoonlijk contact gehad met de host. Sleutel afhalen op slechts 400m. We hadden geen auto ter beschikking en de weg van strand naar appartement is écht steil (15 min klimmen). Supermarkt 2 straten verder. Auto is aan te raden, ook om de omgeving te verkennen. Busdienst beperkt maar wel uitstappen mogelijk (Alicante 50 min). Voor wandelaars: beperkte mogelijkheden in de buurt.»

«Fantastic stay, lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings. Very clean, comfortable beds, had everything that we needed. Pool was great! Only thing we would change was if the keys to be on site, we didn't have a car and taxis are rare to find. It would have been much easier if keys were in safe box by the apartment. It wouldn't stop us returning though, just a recommendation and to let future visitors know that taxis in the area are more or less non existent. We hope to return next summer :)»

«Vi hadde et kjempe fint opphold i denne leiligheten. Romslig, moderne og fint bassengområdet. Eneste minuset var at det er litt langt og bratt å gå til stranda i varmen med små barn, men det går buss/taxi. Manglet en fot til parasollen og sengetøy/håndklær til en person første dagen, ellers var alt på plass. God kommunikasjon med vert. Anbefales.»

«We felt very welcomed by Silvina, who explained everything very thorough, and we had great comunication with Jose, the host. The house had everything we needed to feel like home, and a lovely view from the balcony. The house was clean and spacious, minimalistic but tasteful, the water pressure in the shower was impressive. The pool was clean and never busy, the whole area was quiet and private. The beach was also pretty close and we were impressed by the huge sand dunes and cleanliness of the beach and water. Overall, Alicante and Gran Alacant overcame our expectacions, and we'll definitely want to return in the future.»

«Séjour au top.Appartement fonctionnel et propre avec piscine dans la résidence et pas loin de la mer.Centre commercial à 2 minutes pour faire les courses.Hôte au petit soin,présent si besoin.Serviette de toilettes ainsi que petit kit de bienvenue pour la cuisine et la salle de bain. Rien à dire à part qu’on reviendra dès que possible. Superbes vacances trop courtes mais à refaire très vite.»

«We had a great time in the appartment. We really didn’t want to leave and I wish I had booked it for a longer period. The kids loved the place and especially the pool. The appartment was clean and just enough for my two boys in the ages of 4 and 6 years and me. The communication was excellent! Dámaris contacted me a day before arrival and on the check-in day I was way too early but she was there and explained everything. I was so happy to see the appartment was clean! I also wanted to visit a beach which wasn’t full of people and Damaris came with a lovely suggestion. The location was great too. Restaurants on walking distance. A chinese shop with literally EVERYTHING!! Lidl was a 5 minutes drive. Gran Alacante is a safe city. Not too crowded. The people I saw were easygoing. We will come back for sure!!»

«Nyoppusset leilighet, men med litt forbedringspotensiale. Vi likte at det var minimalistisk innredet, å lett å holde rent. Kontaktpersonen vår var nesten umulig å få tak i, noe som føltes meget ubehagelig da vi lå med ødelagt verandadør nesten hele den første uka. Ikke en god følelse når en ankommer et nytt sted. Verandaene og utemøblene er veldig slitte, å de ser ikke ut som på bildene. Men for oss som ønsket rene flater inne å ikke personlige eiendeler fra private eiere, så er dette et greit alternativ. Den felles hagen er meget velholdt.»

«Nous avons apprécié cet appartement. Il est propre et joliment décoré. Il manquait un peu de vaisselle mais José a tout de suite répondu à notre demande. Bien placé, jolie plage à proximité... Bon séjour en famille dans un chouette appartement.»

«Très belle appartement bien situé et bien équipé cependant l’arrivée était compliquée avec une adresse différente de la reelle adresse et c’était compliqué de joindre la propriétaire. Sa reste quand meme un très bon séjour.»

«We were lucky to be the first guests after renovation. The appointment is just perfect: 2 bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 balconies. All brand new and shiny. The host responded all our requests in few minutes. Big supermarket is 4 minutes drive, lots of bars and restaurants are 2 minutes walk distance from the apartment. Seaside and beach is 5 minutes drive downhill. Location is really nice. The only problem is lack of seabeds at shared swimming pool at the complex, all the rest is fine.»
