«Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Gran Alacant, les photos de l’annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Le cadre est très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Pour l’arrivée, le départ et même lors de notre séjour les instructions ont été claires et la communication fluide. L’appartement est très bien équipé que soit en linge de maison ou pour la cuisine et même la salle de bain avec le sèche cheveux et les produits d’hygiène. La localisation pour la baignade à une minute de la piscine et 15-20min à pied de la plage après une descente raide est idéale pour des jeunes sportifs sans voiture ou une famille avec voiture. Merci encore, ce fut un plaisir.»

«We stayed here with our small childrens, and the house was perfect for our family. The location is very peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax. Some places are within walking distance, and with good weather, the walk is definitely worth it. Communication was excellent throughout our stay – all our questions were answered quickly, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it to others.»

«absolutely amazing place to stay! we definitely gonna be back! the garden is outstanding, local wild beaches, restaurants, shops and bus stops to all the local cities. extremely safe and friendly!😍 I am definitely going to be back during the summer time!🩷 only 1 thing for the hosts: please provide the video how to find a key, what the location number and how to get in. it was very confusing to get in. Also please add link to the local buses number 3 with every introduction as they are nowhere to be found unless you are local! I had to ask local people about that ax Google maps are not showing anything 😁 it will be really helpful for anyone without the car🙏🏻 otherwise fantastic! ps microwave is not working 😉 not a big deal as you have an oven. muchos gracias amigos🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I love Spain so much ❤️❤️❤️»

«The garden is amazing, with pool and very green and peaceful. Flat is quite minimalistic but you have enough of items to prepare food if needed. Beds are very comfortable. We loved the sunny balcony and all the privacy, green around us. Very close to bakery and supermarket. Also a bus stop is nearby if you do not use car. We found a wild, off road path to the beach and it took us 20 min. Person managing this property is very responsive and helpful.»

«Appartement fidèle à la description. 2 petits inconvénients : manque une cafetière et un peu loin des plages et compliqué à pied (voiture nécessaire). Sinon lieu paisible, piscine agréable. Logement parfait pour des vacances.»

«We had a lovely stay at this apartment. A few things, the pictures definitely make the property look newer than it is. The bathroom especially could do with a bit of care. The location was not what was expected. Although there are a few restaurants (some questionable) and a very small supermarket in walking distance everything else is a fair distance to walk especially if you have young children as we do. The beach especially is down the bottom of an extremely long steep hill. And there is a definite shortage of taxis, almost impossible to get one. Unless hiring a car the location can be troublesome. There are buses that run but again very unreliable and don’t run very late. The apartment was lovely though had everything we needed and the pool area was beautiful. Communication with host was perfect. The location for us was just not great with children.»

«Buen alojamiento para pasar unos días tranquilamente por la zona de Gran Alacant. Cuenta con piscina en la urbanización, por lo que eso es un punto a favor. Aunque tuvimos algún problema durante el proceso de check-in, los anfitriones fueron bastante atentos y nos solucionaron todo con bastante rapidez.»

«El apartamento es como en las fotos es verdad. El Sofá estaba manchado y muy incómodo para sentarse ya que está de cambio( es decir es muy viejo). La cocina, una cafetera rota y con la goma gastada y moho en su interior y la sartenes quemada que no se podía hacer un huevo por lo demás la cocina estaba como en las fotos. Las habitaciones, la habitación principal la sábana están super limpias pero el colchón está catastrófico DURO Y SE HUNDE AL ACOSTARSE imposible descansar, un cojín amarillo en específico está sucio del algo blanco extraño, habitación secundaria tenía una litera y abajo limpia pero la de arriba llena de polvo como si tenía meses que no la limpiaban. EL BAÑO LO PEOR DE TODO, cuando llegamos tenía un ambientador y olía bien pero la mañana siguiente olía fatal a tubería y a medida que pasaban los días fue a peor nos daba arcadas cuando entrábamos, eso se lo puse en conocimiento al propietario. Si hubiera leído un comentario como este, no pagó el dinero que pagué.»

«Très bel appartement, avec deux balcons (ce qui est appréciable en fonction de l’ensoleillement recherché), celui de derrière a une très belle vue sur le jardin, la piscine et la mer. Piscine ouverte tout le temps, ce qui est très appréciable. Logement cosy, avec jolie décoration, dans un endroit très calme. Bonne literie. À seulement 20-25 minutes en voiture d’alicante et 5 minutes de belles plages. Je recommande ce logement.»

«Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer von einer Seite und auf den Garten/Swimmingpool und Meer von der anderen, Nord orientierten Seite und friedliche Umgebung . Gut, dass es 2 Balkone gibt,da der eine im Gegensatz zum anderen die Sonne kaum bekommt, die in den kühleren Tagen erwünscht ist. Raümiges Wohnzimmer. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, um bergunter zum Strand und anderswo zu fahren (5'), obwohl es Buslinien in der Nähe gibt, die ich persönlich nicht benutzt habe. Die Suche nach den Schlüsseln für das Check-in ist eine Rätselsuche gewesen. Es wäre nützlich, nicht nur die Nummer der Strasse, wo sie sich befinden, zu geben sondern auch anzugeben, dass es sich vor dem Postamt befindet, weil eine Strassnummer herauszufinden, ist meistens ein Rätsel in Spanien. Sonst komplette, nützliche Anweisungen von Sereno über den Airnb Link rechtzeitig bekommen»

«Sereno’s apartment was exactly what we had hoped for: a lovely, cozy place and at the same time spacious and modern. We spent almost a week there and would have gladly stayed longer. A home from home. Added value: it was walking distance to the loveliest beach in Alicante and there were enough services around if you wanted to linger around for a morning in the neighborhood. I sincerely recommend it!»

«A little gem of an apartment, tucked away in a lovely quiet location. Overlooking beautifully maintained gardens and the pool. It has a fantastic sea view, great to watch the sun rise or a thunder storm (as we experienced one evening when we were there). It had everything we needed to enjoy a nice relaxing holiday. The two outdoor terraced areas were a treat, especially the larger one which in is the sun all day & private. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large fridge freezer, gives you plenty of space to stock up on the essentials. Very large smart TV, Ideally for evenings in with little ones, you can login with your own app details it's super easy. We especially liked having towels for the apartment & the pool, the different colours were great & made them easy to keep separate for inside & out. Plenty of supermarkets, shops & restaurants in the surrounding area. The beach is at the bottom of a long hill, which we were fine with as we walk a lot but some might struggle.»

«Excelente atención de parte del anfitrión, bonito apartamento y agradable vista. Sin embargo creo que pudieran mejorar porque las habitaciones no tienen calefacción sólo la sala, la nevera no enfría muy bien y no estaba limpia, las toallas no estaban limpias pero automáticamente las cambiaron lo que demuestra su interés en atender al huésped. Estamos muy agradecidos por sus atenciones y recomendamos este alojamiento»

«Wir waren für eine Woche Gast in dem Appartement von Sereno und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Der CheckIn mit Jesus lief wunderbar. Es wurde uns alles gut erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ausreichend Platz und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Bis auf die Küche wurde alles vor kurzem renoviert. Der Balkon zur Südseite lädt in der Sonne zum verweilen ein. Der Blick aufs Meer ist auch toll. Man kann von der Wohnung einige Restaurants fußläufig erreichen. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen immer zügig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen»

«Très bon séjour dans la l'appartement de Sereno et Jésus, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour . L'appartement fait partie d'une résidence avec plusieurs maison/appartement indépendantes, les gens sont accueillant très amicale un très beau cadre, propre et calme. La piscine dans la résidence est super ouverte aux personnes de la résidence seulement et accessible à n'importe quel moment de la journée. L'appartement est très propre moderne et spacieux. Jésus a été très réactif par message. Je recommande fortement ces hôtes, si nous revenons en Espagne nous reprendrions le même logement. A proximité en voiture ou à pied des plages, la ville proche, commerce et activités à proximité et ça c'est super !!!!»

«Genial la amabilidad y disponibilidad. Resolvieron las dudas al momento. El apartamento y las zonas comunes de la comunidad están muy bien cuidados y perfectas para relajarse unos días. Aconsejable ir a la playa en coche, andando se puede hacer un poco cuesta arriba la vuelta.»
