Sereno is the work of two brothers who believe there is a better way of doing things — more inventive, closer to hand, built to improve the experience for guests and owners alike.

We look after every home as if it were our own.
We choose it, we visit it, we photograph it and we kit it out. We clean it with our own team. We welcome the guest, we see them off and we fix whatever breaks.

Technology that helps, people who decide.
We automate check-in, the reports and the quick replies. But when something goes off script, you speak to someone who knows that particular home.

What the listing shows is what you find when you arrive. All our homes are legally registered and meet current regulations — tourism done properly, with no small print and no shortcuts.

Better tourism on the Costa de la Luz.
We work with local suppliers, we employ people from here and we bring in travellers who come to live the south. Every euro you book direct stays on the Cádiz coast.
2027 starts when we open the calendar.
We open the 2027 dates towards the end of the year, and the people who leave us their email hear about it first. No spam: that one message and, now and then, a new house.
