Seafront accommodation on the beachfront, in the heart of Zahara de los Atunes’ historic center with a nautical atmosphere. Communal pool, tasteful decor and all comforts to enjoy beaches, restaurants and strolls without sacrificing comfort.

Bright beachfront apartment, in the heart of the historic center. Open living room with sofa and smart TV. Double bedroom with quality bedding and built-in wardrobe and an additional single room, both in a semi-basement. Modern bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kitchenware). Light flooring, wooden details and white-and-blue tones creating a coastal atmosphere. Access to a communal pool. Wifi and air conditioning.

«Laut Sereno's Angaben lag ein Übersetzungsfehler in der Beschreibung vor. Bei der Ankunft (kurzes Problem mit Schlüssel) waren wir erstaunt, als der Balkon gefehlt hat. Das dürfte in der Beschreibung mittlerweile korrigiert worden sein. Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und Souterrain (fehlt in der Beschreibung, ist an den Fenstern zu erahnen). Wir würden das Appartement keinesfalls als hell beschreiben. Zugang zu Gemeinschaftspool/Terrasse (ohne Ausstattung) ist möglich. Wir haben Kontakt aufgenommen und Sereno hat sofort eine Stornierung ermöglicht. War freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage sehr gut. Wohnzimmerfenster zur Straße. "1. Reihe" somit nur bedingt, was man unter 1. Reihe versteht. Parkplatzsituation schwierig.»
