«The apartment was lovely and we will definitely be coming back! Check in instructions were clear and very useful, host was always quick to respond. The apartment is in a great area with lots of small supermarkets and nice restaurants and is within driving distance to Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena as well as having lots of nature reserves nearby. The view from the balcony was one of the best parts, seeing the sunrise on the sea in the mornings was beautiful. The neighbours and other people staying in this complex were also very welcoming and kind.»

«It was a peaceful compound with a nice garden and swimming pool. quiet and private. House is good for 3p stay. Kitchen amenities were ok, smart tv was new and aircon was working properly. Seaview from balcony was fantastic, you can stay at balcony and have some drinks. Pool was available until midnight, no restrictions which was also good. There are plenty of car park just outside of the compound gates which is safe. To go to beach, it takes just 5 min drive down from the hill. Its a public beach, no toilets or shower just be aware. Car park is also free. Lidl and Mercadona is just 10 min drive, there were plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants there. Place is 30 min drive to city center. We enjoyed the stay and then cost was reasonable»

«A perfect location for a short stay. Lovely communal garden and pool. Apartment exactly as described and per photos. Easy parking. If you visit the beach whilst not far it’s a steep hill, but if you have a car there’s plenty of parking available. Lovely beach, golden sand. A small handful of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We visited Patagonia Steak House and Dream Corner, both lovely meals. Very responsive host. Late self check-in very easy with clear instructions provided. Thank you for a lovely stay!»

«Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gepflegtes Apartment und sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Pool. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Daher klare Empfehlung 🤩 Das Einchecken war sehr gut beschrieben. Es war alles da was man braucht. Auch passende und genügende Küchenutensilien, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und sogar Waschmaschine. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und mit einem Mietauto waren wir schnell an vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Strand und co. Top 👍🏼»

«Great stay for 4 nights. The place has everything you need and was a perfect size for two of us staying. The location is quiet but this didn’t bother us as we hired a car. Parking was great outside the apartment gates. The place felt super safe and secure. Was too scared to try out the pool as it felt too cold but will definitely be back in summer!»

Einige Küchenutensilien und neue beschichtete Pfannen👍🏾Waschmaschine ist sehr gut👌🏾 Ich war für ein Sportevent in der Umgebung und habe die Zeit in der Wohnung genossen. Je nachdem wo man sich in der Wohnung oder auf dem Balkon befindet hat man einen wunderschönen freien Blick auf das Meer 😍 Die tollen Strände & Supermärkte wie Lidl, Mercadona, Aldi, Rossmann etc. befinden sich circa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend Besonders positiv möchte ich den Service hervorheben-es ist jederzeit jemand erreichbar!! Muchas Gracias Sereno 😍»

«Really nice place for a short weekend trip. Location was exactly what we needed and the apartment is comfortable enough. The complex itself is really nice and the access to a year round swimming pool is a plus. We had a minor electrical issue due to the dana, but we got quick responses. The main entrance is a little weird, but the instructions are very clear so follow them closely. There was a little bit of a smell that continually come from the bathroom, but I think that’s due to how wet the area is and likely older plumbing system (leave the window open and close the door and it’s fine). Overall we had an excellent stay and “issues” weren’t really the owners fault.»

«Wir haben uns in Gran Alacant sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder anreisen. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr steil , aber mit Leihwagen super erreichbar, sowohl an der Unterkunft als auch am Strand sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir waren mit unserem 3 jährigen Sohn da, der auch viel Spaß hatte, die Anlage und der Pool waren sehr sauber.»

«Meget pent området med nydelig utsikt fra balkongen. Lett å finne frem og alltid tilgjengelig parkering tett på nærmeste inngang. Fint og rent svømmebasseng i en velstelt pen hage. Området ellers har flere små butikker og restauranter. Vi gikk til Stranden flere dager. Dette er bratt og tok oss ca 25 min. Leiligheten er etter vår erfaring for liten til 4 personer (2voksne + 2 ungdommer) med en mindre sovesofa. Sovesofa er også plassert i kald luftstrøm under AC. På balkongen er det kun plass til to sittende. Ellers normal / som forventet slitasje på leiligheten.»

«Leiligheten lå i en nydelig grønne oase i fredelige omgivelser med felles basseng med god plass rundt. Vi har hørt at andre leilighetskompleks har strenge regler for bruk av basseng, som at det ikke er lov å sette opp solseng rundt, eller spise i bassengområdet, men slike restriksjoner var det heldigvis ikke her. Vi fant flere gode restauranter i gåavstand, og pizzaen på hjørnet var en enkel og god take-away på late dager. Med bil er det korte avstander til Santa Pola og alt den har å tilby av restauranter og severdigheter, og det tok bare 30 min. å kjøre til Alicante sentrum. Leiligheten var ren og fin, og innredet i delikat nordisk stil. For en familie på 4 der barna er 11 og 12, ble leiligheten litt liten for vårt behov med sovesofa i stua, men det må vi ta på vår egen kappe. Hvis jeg skal utsette noe på oppholdet, er det at det bare er air Condition i stua. Det ble veldig varmt på soverommet, og med døra åpen ble det kaldt med et tynt laken på sovesofa foran aircon.»

«Me and my husband stayed here with our 3.5 month old baby. The apartment is lovely, potentially on the small side for a family any bigger than 3 but was fine for us. There are steps up to the apartment but it was perfectly manageable. The travel cot provided was great. The pool area and gardens are lovely. Parking outside the apartment was handy. It’s very hilly around this area so would recommend hiring a car, unless you’re super fit! Overall, it was a great place to stay.»

«The perfect location for our holiday, a quiet area, but within easy reach of restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is a relatively short walk and although hilly, we didn’t mind this at all. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. Worth noting sun loungers are not provided. We were fine on the grass on towels but if bear this in mind if you are expecting them.»

There were restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance, as well as supermarkets and shops. A bus stop is just outside the complex too, making it easy to visit Santa Pola or Alicante. Towels are provided for the pool and the bathroom, and the kitchen is well equipped with a washer/ dryer. Sereno was responsive with any questions/ requests that I had. I highly recommend a stay here :)»

They were missing a lot of essentials - enough TP, towels etc. but they brought them over when requested. In summary, if you want a clean, moderately priced place in a good location w/out much soul - good spot. If you’re looking for something more… “real,” with a more attentive host, you can do better.»

«Wir hatten einen schönen, spontan gebuchten 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt. Ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung war der reduzierte Preis?.Da die Anlage auf dem Berg liegt, ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Wir hatten ebikes gemietet. Ein Bus vor der Tür fährt auch stündich. Im Winter ist die Anlage sehr ruhig, es sei denn, man hat laute Nachbarn?. Auch die Sonne schafft es dann nicht auf den Balkon. Das vorhandene Geschirr reicht für 2 Personen, hier könnte man etwas aufrüsten. Ansinsten war alles da, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt»

«Det här är en avkopplande och vacker plats för den som vill ha lugn och ro. Lägenheten är på andra våningen. Utsikten från balkongen är underbar. Man ser en vacker trädgård och pool. Det är lugnt och man kan höra fågelsång. Lägenheten är fräsch och fin, förutom en del myror som fanns på golv och diskbänk när vi var där. Respons gavs, så det åtgärdas säkert. Värden är nämligen lätt att få tag på och är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. När man kommer till boendet, ska man gå uppför trappor. Till stranden är det ungefär 1,5 kilometer, skulle jag säga. Man går nerför en lång brant backe då man går till stranden, så man behöver kunna gå eller använda bil. Att gå och springa blir bra motion! Stranden är underbar. Man hittar också där lugnare platser med färre människor. Busshållplatsen är väldigt nära. Vi åkte buss till Elche, Alicante och Santa Pola. Santa Pola är väldigt nära. Det är billigt att åka buss. Det kostade bara 1,50 euro och 1,70 euro när vi var där. Restauranger i närheten.»

It was all very comfortable and you have all the stores you need in walking distance, although we would recommend renting a car for getting around easier, the beach is close by but the street is pretty steep and you have more possibilities for sightseeing or visiting alicante city. «Super logement par contre pensez à venir en voiture ou location de voiture car pas de transport. Nous somme venu en taxi mais finalement somme retourne à l’aéroport prendre une voiture de location. Le séjour était top, l’appartement super bien équipé avec un Lidl à coter pour les courses. J’ai passé énormément de temps dans la piscine lieu très calme et très reposant avec un voisinage respectueux qu’on a même jamais entendu. Magnifique séjour on y reviendra volontiers pour nos prochaine vacance.»

Ich würde den Gastgebern jedoch empfehlen, dass man einen kleinen Staubsauger in der Unterkunft lässt, denn mit einem Besen sauber machen, halte ich persönlich für schwierig. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde ebenso schnell reagiert. Daher sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Das ganze Prozedere wie Schlüssel Übergabe und Rückgabe funktioniert komplett kontaktlos, was ich ziemlich cool fand! Würde die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen ❤️ wir sind zufrieden gewesen.»

Our hosts were wonderful and gave us full instructions on how to look after their beautiful apartment, and then we were able to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. «Jose' s place was great, good communication with Jose' and Jesu's, both very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, a must for a good night's sleep, the kitchen had everything needed, the dishwasher and washing machine being a bonus, especially as we were there for a month. We had a little problem with the boiler which was resolved very quickly and there was plenty of hot water. The location is good, close to the airport but without plane noise, parking was very easy. There are several supermarkets nearby. The area has a good selection of restaurants but for authentic Spanish food Santa Pola offers more and is only a ten minute drive. Thank you for a great stay and all your help, hope to visit again in future.»

«Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und die Lage ist toll. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, allerdings bin ich aus anderen Wohnungen in der Gegend eine bessere Ausstattung gewohnt, z.B. fehlt es an einigen Kleinigkeiten, wie anständige Messer, wenn man in der Küche, die sonst toll ist wirklich kochen möchte. Es war leider wirklich kalt, da es keine richtige Heizung gibt, für den Winter nicht zu empfehlen, aber für den Sommer top, da es auch einen Pool gibt. Das Bett war leider auf der einen Seite sehr durchgelegen, auf der anderen Seite sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation nach der Buchung war schnell und aufmerksam, nach der Ankunft bekam ich leider keine Antworten mehr auf meine Anfragen, das ist schon ein wenig schade. «I stayed 2 weeks at Clara's place. It was really perfect and the apartment is exactly as per the pictures. It is clean, spacious, well equipped and have a beautiful view on the property garden, a bit of sea and the swimmingpool. Wifi was strong. The location is perfect, walking distance from small supermarkets, restaurant and to the beach (15 to 20 min walk). The Check in was smooth, I order the pick up from airport, all went well. I really recommend the place.»

Dámaris nos recibió de parte de la empresa de Hosting y nos dio una cálida bienvenida, desde el primer segundo nos hizo sentir como en casa y se mostró muy accesible y atenta. El apartamento es mucho mejor que la fotos, decorado con mucho gusto y equipado para que no eches nada en falta ( encontramos batidora, tostadora, cafetera, una variedad de sartenes y ollas, tendedor para la ropa, plancha, secador, aceite, sal, vinagre, detergente de ropa...). Destacable lo limpio que estaba al llegar, y el hecho de que hubiera un kit a estrenar con una esponja, trapo, y pastillas para lavadora y lavavajillas. La urbanización y sus jardines son magníficos y, junto a las vistas al mar transmiten una sensación de paz que acompaña a la perfección con el ambiente del lugar. Sin duda, el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado con Airbnb, repetiremos seguro. No se han olvidado de un solo detalle, se nota que es gente que hace las cosas con dedicación. Gracias Clara, Dámaris y Jesús por todo.»

«Een ruim proper verzorgd appartement met zicht op zee en zwembad. Redelijk centraal gelegen. Wasmachine was aanwezig waardoor je alle dagen verse handdoeken had. Afwasmachine was ook aanwezig , heel handig dus. Misschien in de toekomst plooistoeltjes voorzien in het appartement om mee te nemen naar het zwembad. En een echt koffiemachine met filter of bonen is ook afwezig. Je kunt wel “old school” koffie maken. Het lukt wel maar is niet meer van deze tijd. We konden heel vroeg binnen in het appartement. Alles wat netjes gekuist. Handdoeken en zwembadhoeken waren aanwezig, We hadden heel goed contact met host Clara maar ook met de conciërge Damaris. Geeft heel goede tips.»

«¡Nuestra segunda experiencia en airbnb ha sido estupenda! Aunque la reserva la hicimos con Clara, una vez nos la confirmaron toda la gestión de la estancia nos la llevaron desde la agencia Sereno. La atención recibida por su parte fue de 10, resolviendo cada una de las dudas que nos surgían. Pocos días antes de nuestra llegada, Jesús se puso en contacto con nosotros para explicarnos como sería la entrada al apartamento y, distintos datos de interés. Me gustaría destacar que, nos llevamos una sorpresa puesto que a la hora de hacer el check-in nos pedían realizar un depósito que no sabíamos, hablando con la agencia nos lo explicó y nos hizo saber cual era el fin de dicho dinero. Cabe destacar que, el dinero del depósito nos lo reembolsaron el mismo día de nuestra salida. Respecto al apartamento, es como se ve en las fotografías disponiendo de ropa de cama, toallas y menaje de cocina. A su vez, en la terraza hemos podido disfrutar de unos maravillosos desayunos mirando el mar y, la maravillosa vegetación de la urbanización, la cual es tranquila y agradable. Sin lugar a dudas, recomendamos la zona para una pareja que busca disfrutar del buen clima, una riquísima gastronomia y vistar al mar. ¡Volveremos seguro!»

Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt schön und ruhig gelegenen in einem Komplex aus Ferienhäusern, in dessen Mitte ein Park und ein Pool liegen. Den Pool hatten wir bedingt durch Covid 19 für uns alleine - den Spaniern war es vermutlich noch etwas zu kühl. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, da sie ein unschlagbar gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis besitzt.»
